We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible with trustworthy delivery services to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Deliveries over the value of $10 may require signature from the recipient. Signature is recommended as it ensures your package has been delivered and not left unattended. If you would like the courier to leave your item without signature please let us know via the message system at checkout.
All orders placed before 3pm on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. We have several courier pickups each day and endeavor to have your item shipped as soon as possible.
Our local products are delivered within 2-4 working days from the time you placed your order. For rural deliveries your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
Our international product suppliers are located around the world which means shipping times can vary between 7-21 working days. If the item is taking longer than expected we will do our best to rectify things with you! International items may also incur a customs charge, duty or tax which the customer is responsible to pay.
We will provide tracking details once available from the supplier and continue to keep you updated.
Please note that shipping is not refundable and any product return shipping costs will need to be paid for by the customer. Return shipping is to a New Zealand address.
You may cancel your order up until it is dispatched. If you do wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via email or Facebook message. If your order has already been dispatched please see our returns and exchange policy below.
If you have any special requests such as delayed dispatch or special messages please let us know and we will try our best to make this happen. There is a box in your cart before checkout called "Special Instructions", please enter any special requests in there. If you forget to do this, just flick us an email at email@example.com with your order number and let us know.
