Delivery Costs
We provide free shipping to all urban addresses. Rural shipping fee of $3.50 applies. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hour on business days. Combined with express delivery services we aim for your purchase to be with you as soon as possible. 

All deliveries over the value of $10 require signature from the recipient by default. If you require a signature for an item below $10 please let us know. Signature is highly recommended as it ensures your package has been delivered and not left unattended. If you would like the courier to leave your item without signature please let us know via the message system at checkout.

Dispatch Time
All orders placed before 3pm on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. We have several courier pickups each day and endeavor to have your item shipped as soon as possible.

Your ordered will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the time you placed your order. For rural deliveries your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days.

Cancel Order
You may cancel your order up until it is dispatched. If you do wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via email or Facebook message. If your order has already been dispatched please see our returns and exchange policy below.



Change your mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase we’re happy to refund or exchange the item within 30 days as long as it is in original condition and packaging. We ask that you cover the cost to send it back to us. Please note we won’t refund you the original shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that your item was unable to be delivered and has been returned to sender, the customer must cover the cost for redelivery. If you do not wish to have your item redelivered and prefer a refund please note the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Damaged item
We take great care in packaging all our items to ensure everything arrives intact. However if you receive a damaged item please email us at with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange the next steps for you.

Faulty item
All items come with an 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. If you find your item is faulty, you can return it within 90 days of purchase and we will organise a replacement or refund. If it is outside this time, refund or replacement will be at our discretion. Some products have extended warranties which are noted on the product listing.
