We try to keep delivery costs down. Delivery for multiple items is calculated by the largest item you have in your cart. All shipping costs are calculated and can be reviewed before you proceed to payment.
We use a combination of courier bags and boxes to find the ideal packaging for the goods our customers purchase. Our priority when packaging is to ensure the safety of your goods.
Our return/exchange period is 30 days from the day of purchase. If your item is faulty you can bring it back to us within 90 days. If anything is outside this period it will be at our discretion.
As long as the item is in original condition and packaging you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. You will have to cover the cost to return the item to us.
Send us an email at info@dealsteals.co.nz or facebook message us at @dealstealsnz with photos of the damaged item within 14 days from receiving your order. We will ship you out a replacement or refund you the cost of your order.
If your purchase was within 90 days and we find that the item is faulty you can get an exchange or refund. Some items have longer warranties which are listed on the item's page.
In order to keep costs down to provide the best deals possible we aim to purchase our goods in a wholesale manner. As a result some of our items are not in retail packaging. However we do our best to ensure the items will arrive in pristine condition. Any items that contain retail packaging are specified on the product listing.
