All deliveries over the value of $10 require signature from the recipient by default. If you require a signature for an item below $10 please let us know. Signature is highly recommended as it ensures your package has been delivered and not left unattended. If you would like the courier to leave your item without signature please let us know via the message system at checkout.
We try to keep delivery costs down. Delivery for multiple items is calculated by the largest item you have in your cart. All shipping costs are calculated and can be reviewed before you proceed to payment.
If your order is placed before 3pm on weekdays, it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
All our orders are sent with CourierPost. You can track your order with the tracking link emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Additionally you can enter your tracking number on the CourierPost tracking website here.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or facebook message us at @dealstealsnz with photos of the damaged item within 14 days from receiving your order. We will ship you out a replacement or refund you the cost of your order.
In order to keep costs down to provide the best deals possible we aim to purchase our goods in a wholesale manner. As a result some of our items are not in retail packaging. However we do our best to ensure the items will arrive in pristine condition. Any items that contain retail packaging are specified on the product listing.
